SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING METHODS & CUTOFF TIMES

For questions regarding when your order is expected to arrive, please refer to UPS.com with your tracking number.

We offer three shipping options:

  1. Standard Usually arrives 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the ship date. Please note orders may take up to 5 business days to process if shipped with standard service. In most cases, orders placed after 10 am EST will begin processing and shipment the following business day.
  2. Expedited Usually arrives 2-3 business days from the ship date, if the order is placed by 10 am EST (Monday-Wednesday). Orders placed after 10 am EST Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday; orders placed after 10 am EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
  3. Express Usually arrives 1-2 business days from the ship date, if the order is placed by 10 am EST (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed after 10 am EST Monday - Wednesday will ship the following business day; orders placed after 10 am EST Thursday will ship the following Monday. Some large orders may require extra processing time. If your order requires extra time to fulfill, we will contact you via phone and/or email.

Above are estimates only. Actual shipping times vary by location and products ordered. Before an order is shipped, it is processed. Processing times vary, typically between several hours to 5 business day. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed. Feel free to contacts us with questions about which shipping method is right for you.

Shipping In Warm Weather/Climates

We take the extra steps to guarantee your order will arrive in a manner that will ensure food safety and preserve quality. During warm months, and year-round to destinations in warmer climates, we include insulation to protect their freshness and quality. Additionally, we add frozen packs during packing. During warmer months, we recommend sending your sweets to a cool place like a business address so they’re not left outside. To ensure product freshness, we do not ship on Fridays. Orders placed after 10 am EST on Thursday will ship the following week.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather. Please check UPS.com to see if severe weather will impact your area.

We currently only accept orders being sent to the 48 contiguous United States on our U.S. website. We are not able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer shipping to international addresses at this time.

At this time we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Product Substitution and/or Removals

Because of the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of our products, we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. At our discretion, we may also remove of an out of stock item or item(s) from your order to prevent delays in shipping. If an item in your order is unable to be fulfilled and a substitution is not made, you will not be charged for it, and an email notification will be sent.


HOLIDAYS

Holiday Closures

Our shipping centers are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.
